People
The recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and referrals a search meets. A dozen relationships, not a list.
One note per person under People/: role, company, email, links, when you first met, last contact, an About line, Threads (wikilinks back to the job notes they are on), and a dated Log. A ## People section on each job note names who is on that thread.
Most people arrive from the mail check: when the email you confirm was written by a human rather than a no-reply address, that human is added, put on the note, and gets the email on their log. The rest you add on the People page or from a job sheet's People tab. The same person across companies is recognised by email, then by name at the same company, so the recruiter who moves does not become two notes.
Today's in-flight rows carry the person to write to (recruiter first, then hiring manager, then whoever is on the thread) with a mailto link; Waiting on a reply shows the same for applications that have gone quiet.
Nothing is enriched or looked up anywhere. The record is who wrote to you and who you met. Over MCP: list_people, get_person, add_person, attach_person, log_contact.
